How to Set Notification Recipients

While announcements on the main page are displayed for everyone, e-mail notifications are sent according to a user's role in an account, depending on the topic.

For notifications on PAYG subscription spending budget, you can assign specific users.

For other notifications, arrange users of your account according to their responsibilities:

  • Account Owner: Receives notifications about all events and actions in the account, including subscriptions, payments, and consumption of pay-as-you-go services. Learn how to change the account owner.
  • Billing Contact: Receives notifications regarding payments and accounting documents. The default billing contact is the account owner. Learn how to set the billing contact.
  • Tech Contact: Receives only certain notifications like stopping a subscription. The default tech contact is the account owner. You can set the tech contact similar to the billing contact.
  • Administrators: Receive copies of some notifications.

All notifications are sent to the e-mail address used to log in to the Customer Control Panel. Your account manager usually receives a copy of the notifications. This ensures that you get timely support, proactive issue resolution, and personalized service.

To ensure you receive all notifications, please add to your e-mail contacts or safe sender list.
