Delete Order

Using the ESupport portal, you can delete the customer’s order.

When deleted, the order status changes to DELETED. However, the order remains in the system.

In addition to manual deletion of orders, they can be deleted automatically. Unpaid orders are deleted automatically after N days (90 by default) from the date of their creation.

Deletion is only available for orders having status NEW.

Steps:

  • Go to the ESupport portal
  • Use the search form to find the order you require. For example, use the search by order ID
  • Click Dеlete order in section Status
  • A window opens asking you to confirm the change in the order status
  • Click Change to delete the order or Cancel to leave the order unchanged
