Payment additional parameters

Overview

Additional parameters are payment data transferred when creating a payment (additional_data). This data is non-customer-facing. Use additional parameters to save internal information in payments at your discretion.

View Additional Parameters

You can view additional parameters:

• In webhooks (additional_data)

• In a response to a request used for getting payment data (additional_data)

• When viewing payment information through the ESupport portal (Additional parameters)

Limits

The time for storing additional parameters in orders is limited:

• For payments having status Paid - storage period is 1 year after order creation

• For payments having statuses Deleted or Terminated - storage period is 120 days after order creation

For payments having status New / Not paid - storage period is unlimited.
