Cancel subscription renewal

If you decided not to continue using a subscription, do the following to make sure it will not renew:

1. In the Subscriptions section, find the subscription you need.

2. Go to the subscription details page.

3. Go to the list of orders for the subscription.

4. If there is a renewal or switch plan order in the Waiting for provisioning status, cancel it via the menu. You will not be charged for it.

5. Return to the Managing tab and turn off Auto-renewal for the subscription.

As a result, on the expiration date, the subscription will be stopped and permanently deleted, which may also lead to the loss of data associated with the service. Until that moment, you can still choose one of the renewal options.

If you need to continue using the service after the subscription expires, order a new subscription:

• Commercial subscription.
