View webhook receipt statistics

You can view the statistics of statistics of webhook receipt by your web service. 

You have to:

• Log in to Merchant Portal.

• Go to Webhooks.

• Click on an Endpoint URL of a webhook in the list to go to the management page. The page shows the statistics for the last 7 days.

  • Last 7 days: The field shows the number of webhooks received successfully.  The value increases if your service returns a successful response.

  • Error rate: The field shows the error rate when receiving webhooks. The value increases if the service runs out of the attempts to send a webhook for any product event in an order. The value remains unchanged if your web service does not return a successful response and keeps retrying to send a webhook.
