About Azure Self-Service and Provisioning
What is it?
Specialists who need the infrastructure are unproductively waiting a long time for specialists who prepare the infrastructure. For our Cloud managed customers, we provide additional functionality within the support portal - Azure Self-Service and Provisioning - that helps to complete simple tasks in a faster and automated manner.
We are relying on ARM Template to implement Infrastructure-as-a-Code approach​. Currently we have automated several scenarios that you can find in the portal in the specific section https://support.noventiq.com/self-service?tab=self-service

In order to access these automated scripts, go to the https://support.noventiq.com/self-service?tab=self-service and open Self – Service Catalog tab
For each automation you want to use, you can create a new ticket or check all the tickets that have been created before for this automated scenario.
