Automatic fulfillment via informational emails

Overview

Informational emails are email notifications containing no license information and sent to customers. These emails are sent automatically after order payment completion.

You can use this option if, for some reason, you are unable to generate license information to be sent.
Examples:

  • You need to require additional information from the customer. However, they cannot provide it at checkout.

  • You need to send the same information to all customers (e.g., product receiving instructions; information about an order being processed and that customers may expect their product to be delivered soon; links to customer account on your end).

You can also insert information about orders and customers in emails.

How to enable automatic sending

You have to contact our support team to set up automatic sending.

Please provide the following data in your request:

  • A list of products for which you want the option to be set up.

  • A text message to be sent in emails.
