Open - ticket is open and awaiting for an engineer to start working on it

Work in progress - engineer is working on your request

Pending Customer - we are waiting for some additional details from your side

Pending Change - to solve your request, new Change request was initiated and we're awaiting for it to be implemented

Pending vendor - Case was escalated to OEM and we're working with them to solve your request

Resolved - your request is resolved

Closed - your request is closed
