subscription.cancelled | Subscription cancelled (AR / AR Trial / PMR). The event webhook is always sent only for the order that initiated a subscription and does not depend on the existence of orders to renew this subscription |
subscription.restored | Subscription resumed (AR / AR Trial). The event webhook is always sent only for the order that initiated a subscription and does not depend on the existence of orders to renew this subscription |
subscription.renewal_offer_order_accepted | The customer accepts the discount instead of canceling the subscription, the Stay Subscribed Offer is accepted |
subscription.renewal_offer_order_cancelled | The customer cancels their subscription after accepting the Stay Subscribed Offer (sent only if the subscription is cancelled but the discount is still valid for the next renewal) |
