How to Reduce the Amount of Recourses in Your Google Workspace Subscription

If you are using a monthly billing plan (Flexible Plan), you can reduce the amount of resources in the subscription.

To reduce the amount of recourses:

• Configure your subscription in the Google Admin console first:
  • Go to Google Admin console (https://admin.google.com) and sign in.
  • Delete the users who no longer need a license, see the guide on the Google website.
• Configure your subscription in the Noventiq Customer Control Panel:
  • Change the amount of recourses in your subscription.
    You can change the amount of recourses both in the current and in the future period.

If you are using an annual billing plan, you can reduce the amount of recourses when it’s time to renew your annual contract while creating a renewal order.

To reduce the amount of recourses:

• Configure your subscription in the Google Admin console:
  • Go to Google Admin console (https://admin.google.com) and sign in.
  • Delete the users who no longer need a license, see the guide on the Google website.
• Configure your subscription in the Noventiq Customer Control Panel:
  • Create a renewal order with the new amount of recourses.

During the term of the annual contract, you cannot reduce the number of licenses in the subscription or cancel your subscription.
