Why can’t I manage my subscription?
If the platform does not allow you to change the subscription status, adjust the number of licenses, renew the subscription, or switch the plan, go to the subscription page and verify the following conditions:
- Subscription type: If it is a pay-as-you-go subscription, no orders are required.
- Subscription status:
- Intermediate status (for example, Installing or Renewing): The subscription parameters are being updated. Please wait for the process to complete. If you believe the subscription is "stuck", please contact the support team.
- Error in subscription status (for example, Renewal error): This issue cannot be resolved manually. We proactively monitor such errors, but if your manager hasn’t contacted you yet, please contact the support team.
- Delivered: No orders are required for this subscription.
- Waiting for manual approval: This status could indicate:
- The subscription has expired and will soon be deleted. If you need to continue using the service, order a new subscription.
- The subscription has an overdue invoice. If the expiration date hasn’t passed yet, pay the invoice as soon as possible; otherwise, the subscription will be stopped or deleted. Auto-renewal is also unavailable in this status.
- Consumption of a pay-as-you-go subscription has exceeded the blocking threshold. To prevent the subscription from stopping, contact support to request an increase in the threshold.
- Unfinished order: If another order exists for the subscription in Waiting for provisioning the status, creating a new order is unavailable. Cancel or modify the existing order.
