Check the subscription expiration date
When will a subscription expire?
Most of the subscriptions have a monthly or annual period. The end of this period defines the subscription expiration date. If your subscription does not have an expiration date, it does not require renewals.
To check the subscription renewal status:
- In the Subscriptions section, find the subscription you need.
- Go to the subscription page and check the following:
- The date next to the text Expires or Renewal on.
- The presence and status of the Auto-renewal
- On the subscription page, go to the Orders tab and check for the presence and status of a current renewal order. If you have already ordered a renewal with a plan change, it will appear as a Switch plan order.
- Use the table below to determine what will happen to the subscription on the expiration date.

How does auto-renewal work?
Auto-renewal automatically extends your subscription with the same number of licenses, provided there are no overdue payments. The platform will create a renewal order on the last day of the subscription period, giving you the flexibility to manage the subscription manually until the end of the term.
Auto-renewal does not restrict manual renewal. You can manually renew the subscription in advance and adjust the number of licenses or change the plan. If you manually create an order, it will be used instead of auto-renewal.
When enabling auto-renewal, ensure timely payment for the subscription.
